"I first met with Liz, and she did a thorough exam. She listened to my symptoms carefully and answered all of my questions. She gave me her thoughts on a diagnosis and fully detailed my options. Then Dr. O'Brien came in and did another exam, gave me his diagnosis and laid out all of my options. Once again, he answered all of my questions and told me why I might want to opt for surgery and the reasons why I might not want to get it yet. The best thing is they both knew I had a big hike coming up, and they worked to get me in as soon as possible for the surgery, so I would be on my way for recovery to make the hike.
